Smoking Cessation

On a scale of 1–10, how much do you want to stop smoking? If you are not 10, please move on. If you are, then we can help you quit for GOOD. Smokers often remember their first cigarette. The time, the place, the feelings. Your body didn’t like smoking then, and it doesn’t now. Your body has just got used to it as your habit offers you something in return.

Perhaps:
- it is a ‘reward’ or happy distraction during your day.
- To help you cope with stress or anxiety (Strange that the chemical effects of smoking are the exact opposite)
- It may help you ‘fit in’ socially

The reasons are many and varied. A typical smoking cessation programme is a combination of becoming consciously aware of your habit and hypnotic suggestion to remove your habit. This is usually run over 2 sessions.
